Ryan Mullens
About Ryan
Ryan Mullens is more than a leadership consultant — he’s a guide for people and teams navigating what it means to lead with purpose in a disrupted world. With a background that spans military service, frontline counseling, international aid work, and executive facilitation, Ryan brings a depth of perspective that few others can offer.
For over 15 years, he has supported individuals, families, and professionals in building emotional self-awareness and personal effectiveness — from court-mandated anger management programs to senior leadership retreats. He’s worked across sectors and across continents, always with one mission in mind: to help people reconnect to what matters most — themselves, each other, and the values that drive real change.
Ryan is also the co-founder of Memory Anchor, a commemorative technology company preserving the stories of fallen service members around the world. His military service as a combat engineer with the Canadian Armed Forces Reserves deeply informs his grounded, values-based approach to leadership and life.
Whether speaking to a room of 500 or facilitating a small leadership team, Ryan’s approach is honest, compassionate, and transformative. He doesn't just inform — he moves people. His work is an invitation to stop performing leadership and start living it — with courage, clarity, and emotional integrity.
When people are ready to lead from within, Ryan helps them rise.
